One day I was on Threads and I saw a post from an indie author asking for ARC readings and the book sounded like something I might enjoy and so I signed up, even though I had never done this before. I got approved and here I am!
This a fantasy book. There are elements of mystery, deception, magic, shadows, abuse, hidden identity, and fae. There is very minor romance/spice in the book but it is an adult book. The characters and the world were well done. It wasn’t super long and it was a good pace. The ending of the b0ok will leave you emotionally damaged and hoping there is a second book and soon. I would absolutely read the next book in the series.
I was very pleasantly surprised and pretty excited I got the privilege to read it.
